Mato Grosso Court of Accounts Sets Rules for Pension Compensation and Auditing System

The Mato Grosso Court of Accounts (TCE-MT) issued guidance allowing state agencies to fund pension compensation for civil servants whose retirement benefits are capped by the INSS ceiling under the new state pension model. The guidance follows Complementary Law No. 670/2020, which created the Regime de Previdência Complementar (RPC) and mandates that each agency bear the cost of its own employees, with compensation calculated at 90% of contributions exceeding the ceiling, adjusted for inflation.

Separately, TCE-MT announced technical updates to the Sistema de Auditoria Pública Informatizada de Contas (Aplic). The revisions simplify documentation requirements, eliminate the need to submit PDF versions of electronic service invoices starting in 2027, and allow direct online access to these records. The changes aim to streamline external control reporting while maintaining transparency and data security.
