Mato Grosso do Sul hosts business forum and public‑servant wellbeing event

On March 23, Campo Grande held a Jantar Empresarial organized by the Movimento MS Líder, gathering about 60 entrepreneurs, former governor Reinaldo Azambuja and state deputy Zé Teixeira. Participants discussed job creation, competitiveness, tax reform, legal certainty and the proposed end of the 6‑day work schedule, urging policies that foster entrepreneurship and reduce bureaucracy.

The following day, the Tribunal de Contas de Mato Grosso do Sul (TCE‑MS) led the final day of the 5th Meeting of Public‑Sector Personnel Managers. Panels addressed organizational climate and mental‑health support, featuring the “Café com Psicólogo” initiative that brings psychologists directly to 26 court sectors to break stigma and improve staff wellbeing. The events highlighted a coordinated push to align private‑sector growth with improved public‑servant health and management practices in the state.
