Mato Grosso do Sul launches public management degree for civil servants

Thirty-five civil servants from the State Secretariat of Social Assistance and Human Rights (Sead) in Mato Grosso do Sul are currently enrolled in a Public Management degree program. Supported by the Escolagov (Mato Grosso do Sul Government School Foundation), the initiative aims to enhance professional skills and improve public service delivery.

Participants include staff members from various departments, such as the State Procon and the Coordination of Support to Collegiate Bodies (Caorc). The program focuses on continuous education to ensure that administrative knowledge is applied directly to daily professional routines, benefiting both the employees' career trajectories and the citizens they serve.
