Mato Grosso extends registration window for extrajudicial office exam

The public selection process for delegations of notes and registration of the Extrajudicial Forum in the state of Mato Grosso (MT) opened on 8 June and will remain open until 18:00 BRT on 8 July. Candidates must submit their applications and documentation through the CEBRASPE portal. The original notice offered 117 positions – 76 for appointment and 41 for relocation – with 10 % reserved for people with disabilities and 20 % for Black candidates, applied separately to each hiring class. Allocation of the reserved slots was determined by a public draw conducted by Judge Jones Gattass Dias, recorded and streamed live with sign‑language interpretation. Applicants who previously registered can still upload proof of passing the National Notary Exam (ENAC) during the reopening period. Updated lists of offered offices were published in Edital 11 (15 April 2026).
