Mato Grosso government delivers 160 apartments in Cuiabá

The Government of Mato Grosso has delivered 160 apartments at the Residencial Altos da Geórgia development in the Coxipó region of Cuiabá. This delivery represents the second stage of the project, following an initial 160 units delivered in May.

Through the SER Família Habitação program, beneficiary families received subsidies of up to R$ 25,000 to be applied toward the down payment of their properties. Wener Santos, president of MT Participações e Projetos (MT Par), stated that the state government aims to provide families with housing in planned neighborhoods featuring complete infrastructure and leisure areas, including swimming pools and social spaces.
