Mato Grosso launches Regula MT Cidadão app for SUS users

The Mato Grosso State Health Department (SES-MT) has launched the Regula MT Cidadão mobile application to allow users of the Unified Health System (SUS) to track the status of medical requests. Through the app, citizens can monitor the progress of consultations, exams, and surgeries directly from their smartphones.

Governor Otaviano Pivetta stated that the tool aims to increase agility in health regulation and provide transparency, ensuring patients know when they will be attended to. The application allows users to view scheduled dates, times, and locations for procedures, and also enables them to monitor requests made for registered dependents.

To access the service, users must log in using their Gov.br account, which integrates with the State Regulation System. The app is currently available for Android, with an iOS version expected soon. This initiative is part of a broader digital transformation effort to modernize public health management in the state.
