Mato Grosso Education Department launches AI post‑grad program with 116 slots

The Secretaria de Estado de Educação (Seduc) of Mato Grosso announced a simplified selection process for 116 vacancies in a postgraduate course on Innovation and Artificial Intelligence in Education. The programme, delivered in partnership with the União das Faculdades Católicas de Mato Grosso (Unifacc), targets permanent state education staff—including teachers, administrators and technical personnel. Applications are submitted online through Seduc’s portal, with a single‑stage evaluation and a minimum workload of 360 hours offered in a hybrid format. Ten percent of the places are reserved for people with disabilities. The course aims to enhance the technological qualification of educators, focusing on AI tools, digital resources and innovative teaching methods. The selection period runs until the end of the year, and the edital remains valid through 31 December 2026.
