Mato Grosso launches digital inclusion program for seniors

The Mato Grosso State Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (Seciteci-MT) is conducting the second stage of the Muxirum Digital program. This initiative, part of the State Qualification Program (PEQ), provides free digital training to elderly individuals and those in socially vulnerable situations.

Currently, approximately 400 students across 14 municipalities in Mato Grosso are participating in the course. The curriculum focuses on smartphone usage, mobile applications, internet navigation, and digital security to help seniors gain independence in daily tasks such as using banking apps and transportation services.
