Mato Grosso launches first interview stage for Jovem Talento Program

The Mato Grosso State Secretariat of Education (Seduc-MT) and the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL/MT) are conducting the first stage of interviews for the Jovem Talento Program. Scheduled for October 21 and October 28, this phase aims to convene 579 students, including 310 from High School and 269 from Professional and Technological Education (EPT).

Selection is based on official rankings, vacancy availability, and the candidates' municipality. Priority is given to students approved in Cycle 1, followed by Cycles 2 and 3 if necessary. The program seeks to bridge the gap between school education and the labor market by providing state network students with professional experience.

Following the interviews, the formalization of internship agreements is expected between October 30 and November 4, with activities scheduled to begin on November 9. The initiative aims to expand significantly by 2027, with a goal of reaching 3,000 participants across the state's regional education directorates.
