Brazilian judicial institutions advance gender and inclusion initiatives

Various Brazilian judicial and prosecutorial institutions are launching initiatives focused on gender perspective, female leadership, and social inclusion.

In Salvador, the 3rd CONAMP Mulher Congress will address female leadership and gender equality within the Public Ministry. Meanwhile, the Public Ministry of Mato Grosso (MPMT) is implementing several programs, including the 'Projeto Mosaico' to improve inclusive management for neurodivergent employees and an extension course on gender perspective in judicial rulings, aligned with new national guidelines from the National Council of the Public Ministry (CNMP).

Other regional developments include a legal congress in Alagoas featuring a panel on women in justice and power, and an educational symposium in Cuiabá organized by the MPMT to support inclusive schooling and special education needs.
