Matsuko Deluxe discusses grocery etiquette and Chiba ramen shop

During the August 21 broadcast of the variety program ‘Matsuko & Ariyoshi Karisome Tengoku’, hosts Matsuko Deluxe and Hiroiki Ariyoshi discussed social etiquette and local dining.

Addressing consumer manners, Matsuko Deluxe expressed strong disapproval of individuals who reach deep into grocery store shelves to select products with the longest expiration dates. She noted that such behavior is inconsiderate to other shoppers, while Ariyoshi agreed, criticizing the lack of shame displayed by those practicing such tactics.

The program also featured a segment on ‘House Ramen Takebo’, a popular ramen shop located in a greenhouse in Toisō, Chiba Prefecture. Matsuko expressed surprise at the establishment's 28-year history. The shop is noted for its ‘Tonkotsu Kakuni Ramen’, featuring a broth simmered for three hours and tender braised pork belly.
