Matsunoya offers limited-time Jingisukan set meals

Matsunoya, a sister brand of Matsuya, is offering a limited-time Jingisukan (lamb BBQ) set meal at select locations. The dish features a soy sauce-based seasoning designed to pair well with rice, with a milder aroma intended to appeal to a wide audience.

While a miso sauce topping is available for a 140 yen fee, diners can enhance the flavor for free by using shichimi togarashi (seven-spice chili pepper) and mustard. The combination of the spice and the acidity of the mustard is suggested to better highlight the characteristic taste of the Jingisukan.
