MATSURI's Tsubasa Onodera passes difficult World Heritage Test Level 1

Tsubasa Onodera, a member of the Showa-era pop group MATSURI, has passed the highly difficult World Heritage Test Level 1. The results were announced during a live broadcast of the Fuji TV program ‘Poka Poka’.

The Level 1 certification is noted for having a pass rate of approximately 20%. Onodera, who already holds a Level 2 qualification, had previously attempted the Level 1 exam in January but was unsuccessful. To prepare for this attempt, Onodera studied extensive materials covering 1,248 World Heritage sites, including registration years, names, and cultural backgrounds.

During the broadcast, Onodera confirmed the passing result via computer, receiving congratulations from studio guests. Onodera expressed relief and joy, noting the intense study sessions required to achieve the goal.
