Matsuya launches spinach and cottage cheese curry

Matsuya has launched a new spinach and cottage cheese curry, inspired by the North Indian dish Palak Paneer. The menu item features a spiced sauce made from crushed spinach combined with cottage cheese to create a mellow flavor.

Available options include a standard curry rice set for 780 yen, a curry version of their signature beef bowl (Karegyu) for 1,050 yen, and a chicken curry option for 960 yen. This marks the first time the restaurant has released a spinach and cottage cheese curry for nationwide sale in Japan.
