Matsuyama's HYDEOUT LAB welcomes new coffee stand Blanc

A new coffee stand, coffee stand Blanc, opened on July 26, 2026, at HYDEOUT LAB in the Yanai-cho shopping district of Matsuyama. The shop specializes in hand-drip coffee using beans that are roasted in-house.

HYDEOUT LAB has seen a series of new business openings recently, including an unmanned vintage clothing store in September 2025. The addition of the coffee stand is expected to transform the facility into a cultural hub where people can gather and interact beyond just shopping.
