Matt Wagner and Kelley Jones announce final Dracula graphic novel

Matt Wagner and Kelley Jones are concluding their Dracula graphic novel saga with the fourth and final volume, titled ‘Dracula: Book IV - The Undead’. The project is currently being funded through a Kickstarter campaign.

Published under their Orlok Press label, the book is expected to see a later bookstore release via Dark Horse Comics. The story serves as a sequel to Bram Stoker’s original novel, exploring the premise that Jonathan Harker and his allies failed to fully destroy Dracula, allowing the vampire to rise again.

Writer Matt Wagner noted that the narrative explores discrepancies in how the heroes attacked Dracula in the original novel's climax, providing an opportunity to expand the story beyond the initial text.
