Matteo Nuti school from Fano wins national award in Milan
The Matteo Nuti middle school from Fano has secured top honors at the national “Inventa il gioco per tutti” (Invent a game for everyone) competition held in Milan. The event, promoted by the “Parchi per tutti” network, saw participation from over 5,000 students across Italy.
Class 2D achieved the absolute first prize, while class 2E was recognized with a special mention after ranking among the top five projects in the country. The initiative involved 200 students from the Matteo Nuti Comprehensive Institute, coordinated by teachers Barbara Seppia and Alfredo Ceccarini.
Loredana Maghernino, Fano's Councilor for Educational Services, praised the achievement, noting that the students demonstrated active citizenship by identifying urban obstacles to accessibility and proposing solutions to create more inclusive public spaces.
