Matthew Rehwoldt and Simon Gotch set for independent circuit reunion

Former WWE wrestlers Matthew Rehwoldt (formerly Aiden English) and Simon Gotch, who previously held the NXT Tag Team Championship as The Vaudevillains, announced a reunion on the independent wrestling circuit. The duo will team up for the first time in over six years at Atomic Legacy Wrestling’s event on September 12, facing El Ridiculoso and former NXT star Andre Chase at the RP Funding Center Arena in Lakeland, Florida.

Earlier in the week, Rehwoldt posted a photo on social media showing a heavily shredded physique as he approaches his 40th birthday, drawing attention from fans and highlighting his continued involvement in wrestling as a commentator and performer.
