Matthew Stafford cameos in Taylor Swift’s ‘Patient Zero’ music video

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford appeared in a cameo for Taylor Swift’s new music video, ‘Patient Zero’. The video premiered during the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards.

Stafford, who appeared in the video alongside Jarret Stoll and actor Colin Farrell, described the production as a ‘really cool experience’. He noted that his involvement stemmed from the relationship his wife, Kelly, and their four daughters have developed with Swift. Stafford expressed admiration for Swift’s role as the video’s director, producer, and star, noting how impressively she manages her productions.

Stafford’s four daughters—Sawyer, Chandler, Hunter, and Tyler—were also present on the set to observe the production process.
