Hubert Fella and Matthias Mangiapane face criticism over dog return

Reality TV stars Hubert Fella and Matthias Mangiapane are facing public criticism after returning Bella, a rescue dog from Romania, to an animal shelter only two weeks after her adoption.

Fella stated the decision was due to the dog’s behavior, describing her as “much too wild” because she barked frequently and jumped on people. He also cited his own health as a factor in being unable to manage the dog's high energy needs alone.

In an interview, Mangiapane expressed that he had been skeptical of the adoption from the beginning. He explained that his professional schedule requires him to travel five days a week, leaving him only two days at home and making it impossible to share the responsibility of caring for a young rescue dog. While fans have criticized the short duration of the stay, Mangiapane suggested that returning the dog was ultimately the best decision for the animal's well-being.
