Matthias Reim sells Bodensee house, moves to Überlingen apartment

German schlager star Matthias Reim announced the sale of his 600‑square‑metre family home in Stockach near the Bodensee. He said the property had become too large for his household, which now consists of him, his wife Christin Stark and their four‑year‑old daughter Zoe.

The couple has relocated to a smaller apartment in the nearby town of Überlingen. Despite the move, Reim will keep his recording studio in Stockach and will commute the roughly 17 minutes each way. He remarked that the shorter drive will finally allow him to "listen to the radio while driving."
