Mattia Pagliuca renews contract with Virtus Verona

Mattia Pagliuca has signed a contract renewal with Virtus Verona, committing to the club until June 30, 2027. The 2002-born attacker returns to the team following a period as a free agent after the club's relegation to Serie D.

Pagliuca previously developed in the Bologna youth system, making his Serie A debut in December 2020. His professional career includes stints with Imolese, Alessandria, and Brindisi. During his previous two seasons with Virtus Verona in Serie C, he recorded four goals and four assists.

The club aims to leverage his familiarity with the environment and tactical versatility, as he can operate as a central striker, second striker, or winger, to ensure continuity for the upcoming season.
