Maturín authorities deploy community services cabinet

Authorities in Maturín, Venezuela, have deployed a community services management cabinet to support the Batalla de Santa Inés and Renacer de La Patria en Revolución communes. Led by Mayor Ana Fuentes and Governor Ernesto Luna, the initiative involves national, regional, and municipal entities, including Corpoelec and the Ministries of Public Works and Water.

The program aims to benefit over 18,000 residents across 6,539 families. Planned interventions include applying more than 2,000 tons of asphalt for road repairs, servicing seven water wells, installing 21 meters of piping, and placing over 1,000 streetlights. Additionally, the cabinet will oversee maintenance, weeding, and cleaning efforts to improve local infrastructure and generate employment.
