Mauá municipality launches public exam for 73 jobs

The city of Mauá in São Paulo state opened registration on Tuesday for its public competition (Concurso Público 01/2026), offering 73 positions across health, education, culture, sports, environment, infrastructure and administration. Applicants must register online by 23:59 on 27 August and may qualify for fee exemption if unemployed for over six months and resident for at least two years. Salary ranges from R$ 2,536.65 to R$ 8,924.42, with additional medical gratifications.

A separate municipal council contest for five Legislative Agent posts closed on 26 July. The single‑phase exam is scheduled for 23 August, with an initial salary of R$ 3,650. The contest was managed by the IGD‑RH organizing committee.
