Mauricio Lambiris wins Turismo Carretera race in Rosario

Mauricio Lambiris secured a dominant victory at the Juan Manuel Fangio Autodrome in Rosario during the 13th round of the Turismo Carretera championship. Driving a Ford Mustang for Scuderia JT, the Uruguayan driver achieved a perfect weekend, claiming both the pole position and the race win. This marks Lambiris's fourth career victory in the category.

Matías Rossi finished second in his Toyota Camry, while Mariano Werner completed the podium in third. Werner achieved a notable recovery, climbing from 16th on the starting grid to secure a top-three finish. The race featured several incidents, including a multi-car collision and a safety car period, but Lambiris maintained control throughout.

In the championship standings, Julián Santero moved into the provisional lead of the Copa de Oro after finishing fourth. The racing season now moves toward its final two rounds in Río Cuarto and La Plata.
