An elderly neighbor, Ingrid Margarita, accused the actor of making property modifications that restricted her access to her own home. The complaint also includes allegations of threats.

Ochmann has addressed the situation, stating that the legal process is underway and that he expects a swift resolution. He expressed surprise at the accusations, noting that he believed he had a cordial relationship with the neighbor and maintained that the purchase of his property was entirely legal. He denied the allegations of threats, stating, “I know who I am and the people close to me know who I am.”
