Mauricio Zamora retains position after legislative interpellation

Bolivian Minister of Public Works, Mauricio Zamora, has retained his position following an interpellation by the Legislative Assembly. During the session, Zamora addressed 30 questions regarding the service quality and pricing of the state airline, Boliviana de Aviación (BoA).

The legislative vote resulted in 99 votes of support for his explanations, six votes for censure, and 34 abstentions. Following the session, Zamora initiated a series of meetings with various parliamentary factions and social organizations to coordinate regional projects and address local demands.
