To support its robust tourism and hospitality sector, several educational institutions provide specialized training in hotel administration, food production, and tourism management. Notable institutions for hospitality and hotel management in the country include Vatel Mauritius, École Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval, the Open University of Mauritius, Bradford Institute of Hospitality & Business Management, and the Mauritius Institute of Business & Technology (MIBT).
