Maurizio Maggiani to present new book in San Giovanni in Marignano

Several cultural events and literary presentations are scheduled across Italy. In San Giovanni in Marignano, author Maurizio Maggiani will present his book ‘Almanacco dei viventi’ at the Casa della Cultura on October 11. The work, published by Feltrinelli, uses a digital archive of photographs to explore themes of roots, time, and human connection through personal and collective histories.

In Manciano, a commemorative event for the late writer Gileo Galli, known as the ‘Maremman narrator’, will take place on October 11 at the Arci circle. The gathering aims to rediscover his literary heritage and his contributions to the identity of the Maremma region through readings and conversation.

Additionally, Andrea Benfante and Anna Giarrocco are scheduled to present their book, ‘Nella vita e sulla scena’, at the Museo Biblioteca dell’Attore on October 15. The book explores the lives and professional journeys of famous performing arts couples.
