Mauro Icardi faces child‑support dispute with ex‑partner Wanda Nara

Argentine television personality Wanda Nara has publicly accused footballer Mauro Icardi of owing more than 20 months of child‑support payments for their two daughters, Francesca and Isabella. Nara said Icardi “shows a super‑luxurious life” while neglecting his financial obligations, and she demanded that a court prevent him from leaving Argentina. She also disputed a claim by Icardi’s lawyer that Francesca suffered a meniscus injury, insisting the girl has been receiving regular kinesiology treatment for months. In interviews Nara reiterated that Icardi has repeatedly refused to attend medical appointments and has not communicated with the children’s doctors. The dispute resurfaced after Icardi allegedly made negative remarks about Turkey, a country he was contracted to play in, and after Nara revealed that Icardi had once opposed moving there. The legal battle continues in Argentine courts.
