Mauro Icardi faces new legal dispute over custody of daughters with Wanda Nara

A fresh legal complaint has been filed alleging that footballer Mauro Icardi is not complying with the court‑ordered care plan for his daughters Francesca and Isabella. According to reports, Wanda Nara’s legal team says Icardi has failed to provide the required health‑related services, such as psychologist and kinesiology appointments, despite meeting other obligations like school transport. The original civil judgment set an 8 million‑peso guarantee to ensure compliance, a figure far below the 400 million pesos previously requested by Nara’s attorney.

The dispute has also drawn commentary from Argentine journalist Angie Balbiani, who criticized Nara’s public profile, stating it “vulgarizes the struggles of women with real problems.” Balbiani’s remarks added further media attention to the ongoing family conflict that has dominated the Argentine press.
