Mauro Icardi ordered to deposit 8 million‑peso guarantee in Argentine custody dispute

A video of former teammates showed Mauro Icardi meeting his daughters Francesca and Isabella after a court‑mandated reunion, with both parents appearing calm. The Argentine civil court set a custody period from 6 June at 14:00 to 29 June at 17:00, during which the children may stay with their father.

The judge approved a financial guarantee of 8 million Argentine pesos, far below the 400 million pesos originally requested by Wanda Nara’s lawyer and much lower than the €250,000‑per‑month claim that had been rejected. The guarantee must be deposited in a judicial account before the start of the visit and will be forfeited if Icardi breaches any of the stipulated conditions, which include returning the children to Nara’s weekend residence, allowing pets to remain with them, and ensuring medical, dental and psychological appointments continue uninterrupted.

The court also ordered that Icardi maintain daily communication with Nara and refrain from interfering with the children’s relationship with their mother.
