Maw agency recruits 160 logistics workers for Italian holiday season
The employment agency Maw, part of W Group, is recruiting over 160 workers to manage the surge in logistics and deliveries expected between Black Friday and Christmas. The recruitment drive targets five Italian regions: Lombardy, Veneto, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, and Tuscany.
Available positions include full-time drivers and couriers requiring a Category B license, as well as part-time parcel sorters working 20 to 24 hours per week. The agency noted that while previous logistics experience is a plus, it is not mandatory for all roles.
Onboarding is scheduled to begin in November, specifically starting in Emilia-Romagna on November 9 and in the Malpensa area on November 23. Most recruitment efforts will remain active until December 23, with potential extensions into mid-January to cover holiday leave or additional operational needs.
