Max Laudadio assaulted in his home in Cuasso al Monte

Journalist Max Laudadio was assaulted in his home in Cuasso al Monte, Varese, during the night between August 30 and August 31. An intruder, described as a local individual with known substance abuse issues, reportedly entered the property, potentially with the intent to commit theft.

Initial reports suggest the intruder may have entered the house and reached the bedroom of Laudadio’s daughter before the confrontation moved to the garden. A young family friend who was present in the home was also involved in the altercation.

Laudadio was taken to the Circolo Hospital in Varese for medical examinations. He later reassured the public via social media, stating, “I am fine, a bit bruised,” though he remained in the hospital for routine checks. The Carabinieri of the Varese Company have launched an investigation to clarify the exact sequence of events and establish legal responsibility.
