MAX Power unveils natural hydrogen strategy at Washington Energy Summit

MAX Power Mining Corp. announced that CEO Ran Narayanasamy will speak at the Washington Energy Summit on June 3‑4 2024 in Washington, D.C. The presentation will focus on the company’s vision for commercializing natural hydrogen sourced from Saskatchewan as a scalable, clean energy solution for AI infrastructure, industrial development and long‑term energy security. The summit, hosted at the historic Cosmos Club, brings together U.S. senators, congressional members, senior government officials, global energy executives and technology leaders to discuss the future of energy, infrastructure and national security.

The company also disclosed that its second‑largest shareholder, Big Energy – an affiliate of Vietnam‑based Bitexco – has filed a notice to exercise its outstanding options. The exercise would issue 8,333,333 new shares, generate roughly $3.75 million in gross proceeds and raise Big Energy’s ownership to about 15 % of MAX Power’s issued share capital. MAX Power currently has 49.15 million options outstanding, with 67.1 % held by its two largest investors, including Eric Sprott and associated entities.
