Max Verstappen overtakes 100 drivers in Silverstone karting challenge

Four-time Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen successfully completed a massive racing challenge titled ‘Max vs 100’ at the Silverstone circuit. In a collaboration with Red Bull, Verstappen started from the 101st position on a massive go-kart grid and managed to overtake 100 competitors, including Red Bull athletes, content creators, and streamers.

The challenge was completed in just 35 minutes over 14 laps, averaging one overtake every 21 seconds. Despite early chaos on the track and attempts by leaders to use shortcuts to maintain their advantage, Verstappen surpassed data predictions that had estimated the task would take 40 minutes. The event, hosted by Mo Gilligan, was broadcast on Disney+.
