Maxima Roma signs NBA veteran Aaron Holiday

Maxima Roma has officially signed American point guard Aaron Holiday, who joins the team following a tenure with the Houston Rockets. Holiday, 29, brings eight seasons of NBA experience to the Italian club. He expressed pride in joining the project, stating his intention to bring a winning mentality and leadership to the team as they compete in both Serie A and the EuroCup.

Under the direction of coach Matteo Cotelli, the roster is being bolstered with high-level talent, including recent signing Mirza Alibegovic and other American players such as Xavier Moon and John Brown.

The team is scheduled to conduct its pre-season training in Campobasso from August 21 to September 1. Following this preparation phase, Maxima Roma will begin its competitive season with a match against Napoli on September 27, followed by a EuroCup debut against Cluj on September 30.
