Maximilian Mittelstädt and wife expecting first child

German footballer Maximilian Mittelstädt and his wife, Lea, have announced they are expecting their first child. The 29-year-old VfB Stuttgart defender and Germany national team player shared the news via an Instagram post featuring ultrasound images and a photo of their dog wearing a ‘Big Brother’ bandana.

The couple, who married on December 31, 2024, did not disclose the gender of the baby. Mittelstädt has recently been active with the national team under coach Jürgen Klopp, appearing in a recent Nations League match against Serbia.
