Maxinutri projects R$ 500 million in revenue by 2027

Brazilian pharmaceutical company Maxinutri projects its revenue will reach R$ 500 million by 2027. This follows a reported revenue of R$ 345 million in 2025 and an estimated R$ 435 million for 2026.

Since its founding in 2007, the company has grown its portfolio to over 200 items and expanded its operations to 20,000 square meters. To support this growth, Maxinutri plans to expand its factory and distribution center, and build a new unit dedicated to pharmaceutical gummy production.

The company currently distributes to 83,000 of the 93,000 pharmacies in Brazil and maintains a significant presence in Costa Rica, which serves as an export platform to Guatemala and Panama. Founder Fernando Ferdinandi attributed the growth to shifting consumer behaviors regarding wellness and prevention following the pandemic.
