Maxx Crosby rejects Rams trade offer to remain with Raiders

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby reportedly turned down an opportunity to join the Los Angeles Rams following a failed trade to the Baltimore Ravens. The initial deal with Baltimore reportedly collapsed due to concerns regarding Crosby’s physical health, specifically his knee.

Following the voided Ravens deal, the Rams emerged as a strong suitor for Crosby, though other teams including the Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, and Dallas Cowboys also monitored his market. However, Crosby expressed his desire to remain with the Raiders.

As a result of the pivot, the Rams eventually acquired Browns defensive player of the year Myles Garrett. Crosby remains under contract with the Raiders after signing a significant extension earlier this year.
