Maxx Crosby trade rumors addressed by Raiders GM

Las Vegas Raiders general manager John Spytek has addressed ongoing trade rumors regarding star defensive end Maxx Crosby. Despite previous offseason speculation involving a potential deal with the Baltimore Ravens—which reportedly fell through—Spytek stated he expects Crosby to remain with the team.

“People do what they do,” Spytek told NFL insider Charles Robinson. “I’m just trying to make the Raiders as good as possible. Right now Maxx is here and I have every expectation that he’ll be here.”

While Crosby is currently healthy and preparing for the season, reports indicate that rival teams continue to monitor his status. Although he appears set to start the season in Las Vegas, some analysts suggest the possibility of trade discussions returning later in the year.
