MAY Tohum hosts corn variety demonstration in Karaman

MAY Tohum held its ‘Strong Future Days’ event in Karaman, Turkey, to showcase its hybrid grain corn varieties to farmers and dealer representatives. The event took place in a demonstration field in Kılbasan village, where the company presented its research and development efforts and the performance of its competitive corn varieties under various climatic conditions.

During the event, producers received direct technical information from company experts regarding production practices from planting to harvest. Burak Uğur, MAY Tohum’s Sunflower Product and Corn Technical Manager, stated that the company views these demonstration areas as experience centers. He noted that the event, organized under the Central Anatolia Regional Directorate, serves to introduce both current commercial portfolios and upcoming new varieties to producers from different provinces.
