Maya platform raises Philippines personal loan limit to ₱400,000
Maya Philippines, Inc. and Maya Bank, Inc. announced that the Maya Personal Loan offering now allows eligible borrowers to access up to ₱400,000. The increase is designed to help users finance business expansion, home renovation, education or other major expenses.
The loan is provided entirely through the Maya app, with no paperwork, collateral or physical bank visits required. Repayment terms have been extended to a maximum of 48 months, allowing borrowers to spread payments into predictable monthly installments. Both companies are regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Applicants must undergo a credit evaluation and can receive funds directly in their Maya Wallet once approved. The digital‑only process aims to simplify borrowing for millions of Filipinos.
