Mayacine Camara joins PASTEF political party

Mayacine Camara, the former mayor of Koungheul and former Secretary of State for the Railway Network, has officially joined the PASTEF political party. Camara, a statistician-economist and planning specialist, formally received his membership card on Monday.

Previously a prominent figure within the Alliance pour la République (APR) in the Kaffrine region, Camara has held various high-level administrative roles in Senegal, including presiding over the board of the Société nationale des Chemins de fer du Sénégal (CFS). He is currently serving as a consultant for the State of Djibouti regarding its development plan.
