MAYLA to release Demon Slayer inspired loafer sneaker collection

Japanese fashion brand MAYLA is releasing a collection of loafer-style sneakers inspired by characters from the Demon Slayer anime series. The collection features six distinct designs based on Tanjiro Kamado, Giyu Tomioka, Kyojuro Rengoku, Tengen Uzui, Muichiro Tokito, and Sanemi Shinazugawa.

Each pair utilizes a color palette specific to the character, such as Tanjiro’s signature green or Rengoku’s flame-inspired red. A key design element includes metal decorations modeled after the Nichirin sword guards used by the characters, finished in an antique gold. The shoes are constructed from synthetic leather and suede with lightweight foam midsoles, intended for casual wear rather than athletic use.

Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on September 7, 2026, via the MAYLA online store. Each pair is priced at 30,800 yen, approximately $196 USD. While international shipping is expected, specific details regarding global pricing and additional fees have not yet been disclosed.
