Doğan family receives government support after IVF twins and Anıtkabir visit

Zeynep and Abuzer Doğan, a couple from Adıyaman, waited 34 years to become parents. After undergoing IVF treatment they welcomed twin girls, Tekbir Gül and Havva Gül, six years ago. Their later visit to Anıtkabir with the twins went viral on social media, drawing nationwide attention.

Adıyaman Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere visited the family at home, presenting gifts and praising their perseverance. The Ministry of Family and Social Services, led by Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, announced a "family counseling" program for the Doğans, covering a new home, basic needs, education and ongoing social‑service monitoring.

The government described the family's smile as a source of hope for the country and pledged continued assistance to strengthen the family and support the twins' development.
