Mayor Ahmet Kaya meets with sports and diaspora groups in Trabzon

Ortahisar Mayor Ahmet Kaya held meetings with various community organizations to discuss local development and cultural ties in Trabzon.

During a meeting with the Trabzon branch of the Turkish Football Coaches Association (TÜFAD), Kaya emphasized the importance of youth development for Trabzonspor. He expressed a desire to see the city produce new footballing brands and talents from its own local youth, pledging municipal support for sports initiatives.

In a separate engagement, Kaya met with representatives of the European Trabzon Associations Federation. The meeting focused on strengthening the bonds between Trabzon and its diaspora living in Europe. To support these efforts, the Ortahisar Municipality has allocated space for the federation’s new local branch to facilitate community projects and solidarity.
