Mayor Chepe Guerrero opens bus stop on Avenida Candiles, Corregidora

Mayor Chepe Guerrero supervised the construction of a new bus stop on Avenida Candiles at the San José de los Olvera neighborhood in the municipality of Corregidora. The stop is part of the broader rehabilitation of the avenue and is expected to serve roughly 11,000 residents and daily commuters.

Municipal Public Works Secretary Viridiana Nava said the work, funded with municipal resources, included a reinforced‑concrete platform, guardrails, four bollards, new traffic signage and pavement markings. The municipal Mobility Secretariat, together with the State Mobility Agency (AMEQ), will later install the complementary equipment needed for the stop’s operation.
