Mayor Francisco Azcué appoints Macarena Llane as Concordia municipal director of Ceremonial and Protocol

Mayor Francisco Azcué of Concordia has named Macarena Llane as the new Director of Ceremonial and Protocol for the municipality. Llane has been part of the Ceremonial and Protocol area since 2017, overseeing inaugurations, conferences, institutional events and other protocol activities. Her background includes a technical degree in professional event organization and experience coordinating national‑level congresses and public‑sector logistics.

The mayor highlighted the need for a team with deep municipal knowledge and praised Llane’s internal experience. The municipality also thanked outgoing director Fátima Arce for her dedication and noted her departure was due to a new job opportunity.
