Mazatlán authorities host wellness activities for senior citizens

The Mazatlán Municipal Government and DIF Mazatlán organized a “Yoga for a Full Life” class at Parque Central to celebrate Grandparents' Day. The event aimed to provide senior citizens with opportunities for physical activity, relaxation, and social interaction.

Participants included members of various DIF Mazatlán groups and the Grandparents' Club. Officials, including DIF Mazatlán Director General José Luis Gómez Núñez, emphasized the importance of providing dignified spaces that support the physical and emotional well-being of the elderly through community integration.
